i just transfered yesterday to this server " Kazzak" for my R.L friends and im hoping to find Guild Blackened as mature , friendly and ofc raiding guild.

Do you agree that Tanks and Healers will get gear priority?

Yes but only if its really Would make big change and upgrade.
