Will you respec if needed?: Sure.

How many days a week can you raid?: I can raid about 4 times a week. I am usually able to raid from Sunday till Thursday. Fridays and Saturdays are generally WoW-free for me.

Do you have raid experience?: Pre-TBC I cleared ZG, AQ20, MC, Ony, BWL (till Nefarian). Post-TBC I did Kara (till Aran).

Why do you want to join our guild?: Mainly because I miss raiding and this guild appears to be well organized. I used to raid a lot pre-TBC, soon after Naxx came out I left WoW for some months. A while back I started to play again, but I mostly did PVP, now I really want to start doing PVE more seriously.

Do you agree that Tanks and Healers will get gear priority?: Sure.

Do you read boss tactics and got everything ready before we start raiding?: Yes.

It's true that I don't have much raiding experiences from TBC. But as I mentioned before I did quite some raiding pre-TBC, I was also Paladin leader in the guild back then.
As for PVE itself; I really focus 110% when raiding. I do my homework and read tactics/watch videos. I also have consumables ready before each raid.
